How the Delivery Process Works

Delivery consists of two stages:

Processing Time: Once we receive your order, we confirm it, check the product quality and prepare your package for dispatch. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

Delivery Time: After dispatch, your package is transported from our warehouse to your address. This typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

At Arven, you never pay for shipping. Regardless of what you order or the size of your order — delivery is always free.

Taxes & Duties

Any local taxes, charges, VAT or customs fees imposed by the authorities in the country or region to which the order is shipped are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Arven.
